It's difficult for the Australian squad to achieve unprecedented feats.

The top summits have long been mastered.

This is the squad that has secured seven Cricket World Cups, along with an additional six T20 titles, and once went 1,294 days unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The remaining milestones, those for the record chasers, are all that remain for a team that has accomplished all there is.

The fact it required as late as Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to complete their first ODI chase over 300, taking back their record for the largest in the female 50-over format, is, frankly, a tribute to the pitchers that have sported the yellow jersey over five decades.

When she was out her side needed 66 more at a run-a-ball - an unconquered height now needing a comfortable finish.

"Chasing 330 runs is new territory so I'm pleased we have the assurance to do that now," continued Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to repeat it but, if necessary, we believe we can succeed."

These statements will be the ultimate thing competing nations at this championship should hear.

Over the past five days a sense they will win from any position has grown stronger - this triumph coming after victory over Pakistan by 107 runs despite struggling at 76-7 at one point.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a meeting with longtime competitors England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a last-four spot may likely be confirmed.

It was at that stage they left the prior year's T20 World Cup in a surprising setback by South Africa - an encounter Healy couldn't play because of ruptured tissue in her foot as she captained her nation for the initial instance at an important competition.
