"It's a bit different but then, I enjoy sprinting and just go inside - I'm not defending that much," he said.

"I warn my centre-back 'I'm not hanging back' and that I'm just going to keep running.

"The running is what I'm after. It's good fun."

'Surreal Experience

In addition to Cisse's six scores on debut, Ireland has scored 8 in three games for the side, while Boyd scored 5 on his debut appearance and Joleon Lescott, a defender by position, notched a hat-trick in one match as a striker.

The team are top of the Premier Division with 3 wins from three and a GD of +19.

One opponent, 38, who features on the wing for Collegiate OB, faced ex- Latics full-back Figueroa on Sunday - and had to tell his nine-year-old boy who Heskey was.
