Overcoming a 30-14 hole in the fourth quarter, the Seahawks emerged victorious 38-37 at home, notching their fifth consecutive victory.
While the Los Angeles had become the first to earn a playoff spot earlier on game day, the Seahawks secured their place to the play-offs after a two-year hiatus.
With this result, the Seattle have taken over their Conference standings with a 12-3 record, replacing the Los Angeles, who dropped to the number five seed with an eleven and four standing.
